ContractorExit is a marketplace and introduction service. We help owners of blue-collar and trade businesses present their business to potential buyers, and we connect users with vetted third-party brokers and lawyers. We are not a broker, law firm, accountant or financial adviser, and we do not act as a party to any sale.

2. Valuations are estimates

Any valuation, figure or range produced by our tools is an automated estimate for general guidance only. It is not a formal valuation, appraisal, or financial, legal or tax advice, and must not be relied on as such. Always take professional advice before making decisions.

3. Listings

Listings are presented on a blind basis to protect sellers, so identifying details are withheld until you are introduced through a broker. Listing information is provided for general guidance, may change, and availability is not guaranteed. Always verify the details and complete your own due diligence through the broker handling a sale before relying on any listing.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when you use our forms.
• Use the Service lawfully and not to mislead, harvest data or harass other users.
• Carry out your own due diligence before buying or selling any business.

5. Introductions to partners

When we introduce you to a broker or lawyer, your relationship and any agreement is between you and that professional. We are not responsible for their services, advice or fees, and any engagement is at your discretion.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ContractorExit is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Service, reliance on any estimate or listing, or any dealings with brokers, lawyers, buyers or sellers introduced through the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
